All our trailers are designed and manufactured at Four Lines to meet current standards and regulations. We cater for greater load capacities, specific trailer heights, additional axles, and custom fabrication.   Fourlines trailers are welded steel construction, using materials to S 275 JR or S 355 JR standard or equivalent. Floor materials are as per client request, normally mild steel chequered plate. We can supply a large choice of axle types, both under and overslung, mechanical and air suspension systems, rims, tyres, brakes (drum and disc), single and dual landing gear, kingpins and accessories from a wide range of manufacturers including SAF®, Sauer®, BPW®, Trilex®, Wabco®, Knorr®, Jost®, Bridgestone® and Michelin® All fabricated trailers are shot blasted to SA 2.5 standard. Each trailer is then prepared with two coats of Zinc Phosphate Primer and one Polyurethane Top Coat. Painting schemes can be customized to suit customer requirements. Fourlines manufacture custom orders unique to our client’s requirements.
